## 2026-07-20 to 2026-07-26

Pharos gets a blog, the V9 safety model opens to outside reviewers, and DEX scoring splits to fit its memory budget.

- **Pharos blog**: A file-based blog ships with a hub, post pages, an RSS feed, cover images, and a homepage banner, wired into navigation, the footer, and the sitemap. The first post marks six months of Pharos.
- **V9 opens for review**: Three reshape rounds make an F mean danger rather than missing data, re-anchor the backing scale, and calibrate USDT as the market anchor. An unlisted preview page opens candidate grades to outside reviewers.
- **Evidence curation waves**: Curation waves resolved reserve itemization, dependency attribution, redemption-fee ceilings, and upgrade authority across more than 120 assets, plus reviewed fixes for kUSD, Kerne skUSD, yBOLD, XSGD, and Mento.
- **Measured exit routes**: Exact-route measurement now covers Curve 3pool, USDG StableSwap-NG, the FPI Controller Pool, and sfrxUSD cross-chain exits, and exact fallbacks survive quote failures and RPC outages instead of vanishing.
- **Redemption backstop v4.20**: sBOLD stability-pool withdrawability becomes a measured redemption source, Tether minimum redemption fees are modeled, and documented fee ceilings now bound exit costs across reviewed rails.
- **Memory and cron repair**: DEX scoring splits across scheduled invocations after a memory regression, evidence is paged rather than loaded whole, and cron admission becomes phase-aware, freshness-checked, and starvation-free.
- **Leaner retention**: Retention now bounds DEX staging to three days, redemption history to 90 days, and reserve history to 30 days, with mint-and-burn retention scoped to application lookbacks and the DEX evidence archive retired.
- **Dependency hygiene**: High-severity and production PostCSS advisories are cleared, the dead webhook alert transport is removed along with its documentation, and CI refresh tokens are isolated from branch hooks.

## 2026-07-13 to 2026-07-19

USD3 arrives, USX is frozen after its collapse, Safety Score reaches v8.17, and pricing degrades gracefully.

- **Catalog lifecycle**: USD3 joins active tracking, USX is frozen after an irrecoverable depeg, VGBP is quarantined, Royal RUSD and REUR delist, and a formal lifecycle policy now governs how assets enter and leave the aggregate.
- **Safety Score v8.14-v8.17**: Four public releases harden dependency integrity, make dependency scoring deterministic, qualify DEX exit evidence, and tighten provenance, with downstream consumers failing closed on identity drift.
- **V9 evidence campaign**: A private research campaign resolves mint and upgrade authority graphs, reserve envelopes, oracle branches, and mechanism measurements across hundreds of assets, feeding the unreleased V9 scoring shadow.
- **Pricing resilience**: Pricing v6.202-v6.203 add composite parent-trust monotonicity and a cached-rate degradation lane, and a remediation sweep restores long-tail coverage with exact pool routes and coverage-aware fallbacks.
- **Exact exit liquidity**: Exact StableSwap capacity models now cover Curve and Balancer stable pools, a concentrated-liquidity shadow producer measures real execution, and reviewed redemption rails resolve concrete output assets.
- **Broader evidence coverage**: The reserve-composition queue drains for 105 assets, redemption v4.18 declares output assets for dozens of reviewed rails, and Pharos Network mainnet joins the chain registry.
- **Smarter daily digest**: The daily digest gains novelty-gated lead selection, a depeg lifecycle review queue, live-deviation severity scoring, consistency lints, and an upgraded editorial model; blocked digests never publish.
- **Pipeline reliability**: Worker crons regain memory headroom, liquidity scoring bounds peak memory, Telegram delivery checkpoints per wave, deploys survive shared-egress WAF blocks, and release validation is streamlined.

## 2026-07-06 to 2026-07-12

The coin page completes its redesign, PharosWatchBot adds personalized daily recaps, and ~$189B of reserves go live.

- **Coverage & lifecycle**: Western Union's USDPT is promoted from pre-launch to active tracking, GYEN freezes after GMO's wind-down, the cemetery archives confirmed wind-downs, 76 AI summaries refresh, and depeg pages become a permanent archive.
- **Live reserve coverage**: Live reserve adapters land for USDT and XAUt (~$186B), Spiko, USDtb, United's U, and PUSD, and redemption methodology v4.17 adds live-direct capacity telemetry for USTB and the 13-coin Mento family.
- **Personalized daily recaps**: PharosWatchBot gains opt-in personalized daily recaps: planned, delivered, and cleaned up durably per chat, with settings controls, a rollout kill switch, operator telemetry, and a privacy disclosure.
- **Truthful bot delivery**: Delivery preserves opt-outs across chat migrations, applies presets atomically, serializes per-chat sends, and pauses during outages; ingress is bounded, logs stay aggregate-only, adoption is measured without tracking.
- **Yield decision workbench**: The yield workbench moves to summary rankings with a complete decision and comparison workflow, and yield v8.32 scores external opportunities at the market level while preserving opportunity risk end to end.
- **Routed operator workspaces**: The single-page admin dashboard splits into eight routed workspaces: Triage, Pipeline, Reliability, Crons, Actions, Comms, History, and API Management, with guarded replay-safe actions and durable audit history.
- **Coin page & bot hero**: The stablecoin detail page completes its Figma template, pill-tab nav, hero KPI band, xl right rail, and Sources modal. The PharosWatchBot page gets a benefits-led signal-board hero with a lighthouse watch beam.
- **Pipeline correctness**: A worker-wide remediation adds durable operations schemas, effect fencing, and exact publication generations so partial data cannot publish as complete, and a sweep resolves 33 numbered issue reports across the stack.

## 2026-06-29 to 2026-07-05

The redesigned homepage canon now spans every nav group, a vaults.fyi yield source lands, and kUSD joins pre-launch.

- **Site-wide design canon**: Every nav group (Markets, Risk, Learn, Reference, and Analyze) and the coin detail template adopt the redesigned homepage canon. The rollout adds new hero surfaces, flat cards, the Whyte display face, and removes sidebar remnants.
- **Tablet table workbench**: Tablets now get the full data-table workbench via a new lg breakpoint and auto-fit column priority (useFittedColumns plus a fit toggle), with widened overview columns and fixed header-glyph and price overflow.
- **Yield intelligence**: A new optional vaults.fyi yield source lands with structured logging and rollout guardrails, and venue risk scores are recalibrated against Yearn’s published reports in yield methodology v8.298.
- **Coverage & data**: kUSD and Open USD join the pre-launch board, tGLD gains a Euler/JPEG partnership milestone, frozen stablecoins are fully retired from runtime, redemption, and cemetery surfaces, and verified metadata corrections land.
- **Pipeline hardening**: Worker hardening bounds idempotency reservations, cron leases, and slot timeouts, splits DDR repair debt from cron health, adds append-only D1 retention with queued destructive cleanup, and steadies Telegram failover.
- **Faster merge gate**: The local merge gate splits into per-root vitest projects, overlaps pages-release with validation, and adds telemetry, artifact-skip, and parallel a11y/smoke to cut wall-clock, with glob-safe coverage includes.
- **Codebase simplification**: A large dead-code and duplication sweep across worker, frontend, and shared libraries removes orphaned exports and components, unifies helpers for medians, percentiles, dates, and CSV, and trims bundle and hot-path work.
