## 2026-08-24 to 2026-08-30

The orbital Safety Map ships as Safety Score V9 reaches 9.45; four new swap census providers close chain gaps.

- **Exit-capacity truth**: Safety Score v9.44 and v9.45 separated a measured zero from an unproven settlement bound: an open queue with no proven completion bound now floors Exit under the unverified ceiling instead of grading F.
- **Reserve evidence gates**: V9 9.4 through 9.43 split reserve classification from composition freshness, let an audited composition survive a stale feed on its own rung, and bounded Tether's feed by its actual disclosure cadence.
- **Redemption backstop v4.4**: The standalone redemption route now publishes unestablished capacity and stays unrated when an open queue's settlement bound is unproven; paused routes keep their measured impairment.
- **Orbital Safety Map**: The daily Safety Score map became a supply-ranked orbital galaxy poster with readable logo floors and integrated tier counts, promoted into the overview hero and rendered deterministically across tier changes.
- **Swap census coverage**: Aquarius, Tezos/TzKT, ICON Balanced, and Kava Swap census providers joined DEX discovery, cutting provider-inaccessible deployments from 50 to 40, alongside a curation drive across reserve, mint, and bridge sidecars.
- **Production recovery**: Pricing moved 6.208 to 6.213: Pyth retired, the DexScreener breaker unlatched on partial success, VUSD and HCHF recovered, and delisted NAV vaults now price through their protocol-redeem route.
- **Leaner codebase**: Three consolidation batches removed roughly 41.7k net lines of duplicated hooks, dead worker pipelines, and retired migrations, with digests and methodology outputs byte-identical throughout.
- **Docs and gate parity**: The methodology, route, infrastructure, and process docs were re-verified against runtime and corrected, while the local PR gate gained darwin Gitleaks binaries so secret scans stop failing only in CI.

## 2026-08-17 to 2026-08-23

The Safety Score map goes daily and Liquidity Score v6 completes its staged cutover; yield rankings no longer blank after scoring deploys.

- **Daily Safety Score map**: The shareable Safety Score map became a daily 07:20 UTC publication, generated behind fail-closed guards for stale data, join coverage, font loading, and layout collisions, and it rides the social digest.
- **Safety Score V9 stability**: V9 advanced from v9.23 to v9.33: the mint-authority and bridge-risk boundary closed its fail-open, Solana attribution anchors hardened, reserve-weight boundary drift was canonicalized, and curation entries now expire.
- **Liquidity Score v6**: The v6.0 cutover corrected a Raydium double count that scored concentrated pools as plain AMMs, retired the native lane, and deleted the shadow inventory. v6.1 scopes native confirmation to covered pool families.
- **Yield availability**: Yield rankings now fall back to the coherent publish-time safety snapshot instead of blanking scores after every scoring deploy, with an explicit stale label and a 24-hour window. Base Dollar yield joined at v8.41.
- **Scheduler reliability**: Reserve interruption recovery left shadow mode, transient D1 transport loss became retriable, CPU-heavy quarter-hour lanes moved to the hourly class, and DDR now runs before V9 attribution to keep both inside the heap.
- **Broader coverage**: Base Dollar was promoted to active with a verified Base deployment, Aerodrome price discovery, and a documented mint-authorization path. Reflexer's RAI Dollar joined as pre-launch, taking the tracked catalog to 405.
- **Repository health**: A simplification wave drained 15k lines of duplication, a repository review closed four P0 correctness defects and hardened the Worker, and structured data stopped advertising a credentialed endpoint as a public download.

## 2026-08-10 to 2026-08-16

MiCA and GENIUS backfilled across 322 coins, redemption reaches 327 routes, and the V9 stack is rebuilt.

- **Compliance coverage**: MiCA and GENIUS research drained the gap queue across 322 active coins, leaving 356 compliance sidecars. Registers were checked before issuer claims, and the DeFi and wrapper long tail stays deliberately undefined.
- **Regulation workbenches**: The compliance page splits into an overview plus MiCA and GENIUS workbenches on the same URL contract, so actionable rows surface instead of drowning in out-of-scope ones. Both regimes join the coverage matrix.
- **Independent assurance**: A new framework compiles reviewed examiner reports into hash-pinned manifests the Worker verifies at runtime and fails closed on drift. AUDX, EUROP, XSGD, XUSD, USDGO, anzen-usdz and USDRIF bind it.
- **Wider exit routes**: Redemption v4.36 and v4.37 lift configured coverage from 315 to 327 coins, adding JPYSC trust redemption, EURO3 vault exits, Indigo iUSD and nine more reviewed routes, plus live route-openness and fee telemetry.
- **Mint posture reconciliation**: Economic cap semantics, reconciliation and supervision were reviewed on 295 mint-authority profiles and all 64 adverse-posture assets. 54 coins moved in both directions; eight gained scored reconciliation evidence.
- **Safety Score hardening**: Releases 9.17 through 9.22 added screener peg filters, stopped publishing reviewed-but-unproven residuals as missing data, activated the Uniswap V4 measured lane, and bound score-bearing gates to the policy digest.
- **One owner per concept**: A repository-wide cleanup gave peg taxonomy, chain ids, supply, exit capacity, URLs and logging single owners, unwound the api/cron and src/app boundaries, and fixed the divergences that duplication had been hiding.
- **Leaner D1 footprint**: DDR snapshots became validated gzip blobs, producer telemetry slimmed, and DEX pipelines moved to hourly source work with two-hourly Liquidity Score publication, cutting recurring writes and sustained storage growth.

## 2026-08-03 to 2026-08-09

Mint Authority and Exit fold into Safety Score V9, the V8 engine is retired, and 25 reserve proofs are corrected.

- **Mint authority folded in**: Safety Score 9.1 merges mint grading into the control pillar and deletes the standalone Mint Authority engine. Curated postures became validated annotations, and 113 supervised issuers were re-evidenced.
- **One exit engine**: Redemption methodology v4.3 consolidates exit scoring: the legacy effective score and the shadow same-notional engine are gone, the Selector reads the published V9 Exit pillar, and ladder boundaries unify on at-or-above.
- **V8 retired**: Scoring now runs on a native v4 input bound to the V9 evaluation build, with envelope v2 identity and a replay diff comparator gating the cutover. The V8 engine and its manifest were deleted outright.
- **Honest reserve proofs**: A phased proof-of-reserves sweep corrected 25 overstated records and refreshed majors, regional issuers, and DeFi dashboards in lockstep. A new guard stops PoR and composition dates drifting apart again.
- **Coin page rebuild**: Stablecoin detail pages gained custody, regulatory-standing, and oracle and liquidation sections, plus unified evidence modules drawn on control rails, hash-aware folds, and a new Bridging module.
- **Wave-1 curation**: Research landed 121 mechanism overlays, control and access reviews across the C01-C12 set, reserve composition curation for 79 coins, and wave-3 long-tail dossiers. syrupUSDC is now an RWA credit fund.
- **Deeper DEX discovery**: DEX discovery registered verified providers for 50 deployment chains, added a Stellar Horizon provider with sweep-aware census bounds, reported complete DexScreener pool counts, and made oversized sweeps resumable.
- **Coverage and editorial**: Tori trUSD and JPYSC were promoted to active tracking, the v9.14 commodity-claim archetype migrated gold-backed assets onto a shared model, and 40 AI editorial summaries were rewritten against the current scoring set.
- **ftUSD evidence correction**: Corrected Ethereum-only supply and address scope, removed the financing-to-supply comparison, documented the perpetual PUT, refreshed both live borrow-and-stake strategies, distinguished 3-of-5 Safe control from entity concentration, and updated Safe-module and issuer reserve-source evidence. The valid dependency, liquidation, smart-contract, upgradeability, no-timelock, and independent-assurance risks remain.

## 2026-07-27 to 2026-08-02

Safety Score V9 goes live with mechanism-backed coin pages, a wave-7/8 evidence drain, and five new FX pegs.

- **V9 goes live**: Safety Score V9 is now the active production model. Shadow scoring is retired, the frontend reads the typed V9 payload, and the V9.0 release ships with published V9.02 responsibility rules for evidence ownership.
- **Explainable coin pages**: Coin pages now justify each score with causal attribution and evidence ownership, surface mechanism-review findings inline, and give pillar breakdowns clearer hierarchy plus a new collateralization module.
- **Mechanism evidence drain**: Wave-7 and wave-8 research landed 42 new mechanism overlays and drained a 41-item integration tail, each cross-verified across vendors (GROK, KIMI) and ratified against a documented mechanism-overlay evidence standard.
- **DEX execution reliability**: Exact-exit measurement expanded to Optimism, Balancer, and pinned Solana CLMM, while DEX staging was bounded to its memory budget via chunked transactions, amortized persistence, and recovered UniV4 and SunSwap batches.
- **Fail-closed publication**: Unhealthy V9 attempts keep the last accepted ratings and report held status, never falling back to V8. V9 input is skipped after a failed DEX stage, and report-card failures stay isolated to one asset.
- **Wider coverage**: The FX peg feed added KES, GHS, COP, CLP, and PEN; DDRv4 shipped for depeg-duration resolution; and coverage grew with the XOFm Mento redemption backstop, DUSD Makina reserves, and CHFAU aggregate on-chain supply.
- **Pipeline hardening**: CI moved from exhaustive PR validation to adaptive checks, 156 D1 migrations were squashed into the baseline, drift checks were calibrated against live Cloudflare, and the new Pharos logo rolled to production.
