## 2026-10-12 to 2026-10-18

Safety Score reaches 10.22 with Morpho lender books as Backing, and the site adopts one product grammar.

- **Safety Score 10.22**: Releases 10.18 to 10.22 ship. 10.18 activates Redemption 4.5 and Liquidity 6.95, 10.19 adds Morpho lender collateral books to Backing, and 10.22 admits mechanism evidence at exact UTC pins.
- **One product grammar**: Type, headers and chrome unify; semantic state colours and one chart theme replace hand-coded scales. The home becomes an instrument cluster, coin pages lead with answer, action and evidence, and /learn/ retires.
- **Scene-based maps**: /chains/ becomes Harbor, a countable isometric scene, and the dependency hairball gives way to a layered Watershed view, both built on a scene kit extracted from the Cemetery.
- **Public status page**: Status is rebuilt around components and incidents, cron causes name the jobs behind them, and healthy work no longer reports as failure. The ops admin now answers whether anyone needs to act.
- **Share cards and Safety Map**: Share cards render from live data instead of stale screenshots, the Safety Map poster is redrawn for feed-scale legibility, and the Safety Scores page shows supply-weighted grades.
- **Evidence corrections**: 64 batch listings are refined to primary sources, VGBP is re-admitted, DOLA's reserve, backstop and freeze evidence is corrected after the Inverse review, and a cUSD-cap failure scenario is approved.
- **RPC and feed repairs**: Dwellir becomes primary for Ethereum state, Arbitrum logs, Polygon, Tempo and Plasma, Uniswap v4 discovery is restored, and USDai, Frankencoin, SBC and BRLV feeds are repaired.
- **Worker memory and tests**: The V9 publication Workflow retires, publication admits once under the Worker heap, and memory kills are observed. About 4,500 low-value test cases and the pre-push receipt mandate are removed.

## 2026-10-05 to 2026-10-11

Safety Score advances from 10.04 to 10.16 and GENIUS Act coverage reaches all 396 active coins.

- **Safety Score 10.16**: Releases 10.05 to 10.16 ship. 10.08 reads authenticated CCIP, LayerZero OFT and rollup-bridge pending messages; 10.13 was reverted; 10.16 ages track records through one shared resolver.
- **Evidence research waves**: Wave 3 worked open facts in 44 research lanes, waves 4 and 5 verified control, custody, bridge and exit evidence, and an October 9 campaign curated 239 blind-spot assets from primary sources.
- **Compliance coverage**: GENIUS Act rows now cover all 396 active coins, up from 225, with no unknown left. Every MiCA row was re-verified; non-compliant calls fall from 28 to 17 where no exact-token source exists.
- **Failure scenarios**: Coin pages gain eight approved failure scenarios for USDS, crvUSD, USDC, GHO, USDe, USDT, USD1 and LUSD, fork-replayed where mechanics decide the outcome and re-verified monthly.
- **Pillar-based dossier**: Coin pages follow the Safety Score pillars: backing, exit and control evidence sit in always-open modules, reserves render once as a risk-tier treemap, and raw pipeline errors leave the page.
- **Unavailable is not zero**: Ten methodology domains release sweep corrections. Unavailable supply no longer reads as $0, and a chain-dropout guard blocks DefiLlama collapses like October 9's $9.6B of phantom redemptions.
- **Source additions and retirements**: Spark V1, Forest Road and Kava CDP reserve readers arrive. The STBT reserve adapter, vaults.fyi, BIMA and CETES yield collectors and direct CEX depth telemetry retire with other unfunded diagnostics.
- **Scheduling and release gates**: V9 publication moves to a separate heavy scheduled Worker (ADR-38), DEX collection gains :20/:50 slots (ADR-39), and local check:pr now matches the PR gate with commit-bound receipts.

## 2026-09-28 to 2026-10-04

Safety Score V10 ships through five versions in three days while the registry grows from 409 to 488 coins.

- **Safety Score V10**: V10 adds physical-to-USD Exit and known-supply sizing after 9.93 to 9.98; 10.01 stops scoring Pharos-side pipeline gaps as asset risk, re-rating 138 cards and cutting Not Rated from 23 to 17.
- **Issuance governance rulings**: 10.02 separates governed issuance from economic bounds: crvUSD rises to B-, DAI and USDS fall to C- and D. 10.03's minority-veto rung returns ZCHF from D to A-; 10.04 clears 599 unresearched-fact artifacts.
- **Unknown-resolver research**: An October 1 pass re-verified 331 active coins against primary evidence; two research waves in 152 commits then worked open Safety Score facts and fed published redemption fees into Exit route configs.
- **Coverage expansion**: The registry grows from 409 to 488 entries, led by 66 active and 11 pre-launch additions. Open USD and Theo thUSD go active, SoFiUSD returns, and JLTXX waits in quarantine for its first reserve snapshot.
- **Dependency map Exposure mode**: Exposure mode shows which coins rest on an upstream asset and how much of their backing, with look-through shares, modeled score scenarios from an offline lane (ADR-36) and a 35 KB gzip graph API.
- **Cemetery plot map**: /cemetery/ becomes an isometric plot map grouped by cause of death, linked to an autopsy register and charts; the register's server HTML falls from 772 KB to 237 KB.
- **Honest public values**: Release B makes flows, pricing, PSI and Chain Health publish null when unobserved, Liquidity 6.9 counts only DEX volume observed within 72h, and detail heroes stop printing absent market cap as $0.00.
- **Supporter and partner keys**: /api/ now leads with a $10 donor supporter key and a partner key. The self-serve key lane is deleted, and supporter eligibility counts only reviewed token contracts, now 15 coins, up from 5.
- **Publication resilience**: A card that breaks its public contract is quarantined (R8) instead of failing the Safety Score run, reclaimed graphs restore 128 MiB headroom, and digests move to Opus 5.5 at high effort.
