PSI reads 90 against 93.2 at the 22 October daily snapshot, the largest drop in the seven-day trajectory on file; the index stays in BEDROCK for a 14th day. Its top severity contributors all narrowed: pmUSD to 3,750 bps below peg at $0.625 from 4,158, USDA (alpha partner) to 262 bps, and Metronome's msUSD, which hit about $0.44 on 2 September on oracle-latency underbacking, to 1,192 bps.
