## Overview

bC3M is Backed's NAV-accreting tracker token for Amundi's short-dated Eurozone government bond UCITS ETF, KYC-gated and registered under Swiss DLT Act — one of the few EUR-pegged {{term:rwa}}RWA{{/term}} tokens. bC3M is Backed Finance's EUR-denominated tokenised tracker certificate fully backed by the AMUNDI GOVIES 0-6 Months Euro Investment Grade UCITS ETF. The token is NAV-accreting in euros, giving Pharos one of the few EUR-pegged RWA assets backed by short-duration Eurozone government bonds — economically the EUR analogue of a {{term:treasury}}Treasury-bond{{/term}} tracker. Same Swiss DLT Act framework as bIB01, same KYC-gated primary issuance through Backed and KYC-gated {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}}, same Uniswap / CoW secondary liquidity surfaces. Pharos tracks the Ethereum supply contract first; Backed also publishes the asset on Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, and Gnosis using its multi-chain deployment pattern.
