## Overview

BRSRV records ownership of BlackRock’s registered Daily Reinvestment Stablecoin Reserve Vehicle, a distinct fund from BUIDL. Its prospectus limits the portfolio to cash, short-dated U.S. Treasury obligations and Treasury-secured overnight repos, while income is reinvested in additional shares around a targeted $1 NAV. Securitize runs a permissioned shareholder register across Ethereum, Tempo and Solana, with whitelisted transfers and ordinary business-day wire redemption. The same prospectus names BNY Mellon as custodian and Deloitte as auditor, but no current signed asset-and-liability reconciliation was retrieved. Good-order redemption requests received before 5 p.m. Eastern on eligible business days ordinarily settle by same-day federal-funds wire when the custodian is open; the fund reserves up to seven days.
