## Overview

CADD is a regulated CAD stablecoin from Tetra Trust with trust-segregated reserves, awaiting usable live price and supply data. CADD launched on May 4, 2026 as a CAD-pegged stablecoin issued through Tetra Trust's regulated framework, with Alberta Treasury Board and Finance approval and trust-segregated reserves dedicated to {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}}. The token has Ethereum and Base contracts, while issuer materials list Tempo and forthcoming Solana support, positioning CADD as an institutional settlement rail rather than a retail DeFi product first.
