CDP is Enosys's overcollateralized USD stable on Flare, minted from Flare-ecosystem collateral via vaults. Enosys Loans CDP is a Flare-based {{term:cdp}}collateralized debt{{/term}} stable asset. The collateral is modeled as {{term:overcollateralization}}overcollateralized{{/term}} crypto positions inside Enosys Loans, with {{term:liquidation}}liquidations{{/term}} and repayments serving as the peg machinery. Pharos tracks the Flare contract and enables curated reserve validation on the EVM-compatible chain. The asset remains high risk because collateral granularity and live {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}} depth are limited.
