## Overview

CHFSAFO gives holders a Swiss-franc accumulation share in the Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund, with subscriptions and redemptions tied to the fund NAV. Amundi uses total-return swaps to exchange portfolio performance for an overnight-rate return, while CACEIS serves as depositary and the French UCITS structure separates fund assets from the management company. The issuer publishes current physical securities, signed derivative values and share totals, but those disclosures do not provide a complete independent reconciliation of every share class, collateral exposure and native register. Spiko retains permissioned holding, issuance and token-administration powers across eight native registers. Ordinary exit is KYC-gated and follows business-day dealing, with exceptional gates, suspension and swing pricing able to change settlement. Counterparty default can leave the fund exposed to the underlying securities and residual currency risk.

## Collateral

CHF accumulation share class FR0014015LG6 of Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund. Physical securities are hedged through portfolio-wide total-return swaps, with a possible unswapped money-market UCITS sleeve. CACEIS Bank is depositary; counterparty default can expose underlying security and currency risks.

## Peg Mechanism

CHF-denominated accumulation NAV targeting SARON + 0.50% before class fees. KYC-gated subscriptions and redemptions use daily fund NAV, a 15:00 Paris cutoff and ordinary D+1 business-day settlement. Exceptional gates, suspension and swing pricing can limit or delay exit.
