## Overview

DLLR is Sovryn's BTC-backed dollar basket on Rootstock; reserves are other CDP stables (ZUSD-dominated), readable on-chain. DLLR is Sovryn's Rootstock dollar basket, currently dominated by ZUSD with a small DOC position. The reserve holder can be read on-chain, and the Mynt {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}} route maps naturally to a basket backstop. The residual risk is not opaque {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}}, but concentration in Rootstock liquidity, Sovryn governance, and the quality of the underlying BTC-backed stablecoins. Underlying bAssets are themselves {{term:cdp}}CDP{{/term}} stablecoins with {{term:overcollateralization}}overcollateralization{{/term}} against rBTC.
