Circle's EURC is the regulatory standard-bearer for euro stablecoins: ACPR-licensed EMI under MiCA, {{term:attestation}}Deloitte-attested{{/term}}, 99% of reserves in deposits at systemically important European institutions, deployed natively across six chains — Ethereum, Base, Avalanche, Solana, Stellar, and World Chain. The B+ grade reflects institutional plumbing that works exactly as designed, with top-tier resilience and a DEWS reading that rarely leaves the calm end of the stress scale — though its handful of logged depeg events includes one brutal drawdown near 95% below peg, almost certainly a data artifact or thin-market episode that skews an otherwise pristine record. At roughly 414M EUR circulating, EURC is the largest euro stablecoin by a wide margin, yet that figure would barely register as a rounding error on USDC's balance sheet — the structural gap between dollar and euro stablecoin demand remains the defining constraint. Liquidity earns an A on the back of organic, well-distributed depth, the kind that comes from being the default euro pair on every major DEX.
