EURR is StablR's Malta MFSA MiCA euro stablecoin with Grant Thornton {{term:attestation}}attestations{{/term}} — distinguished mostly by Tether's strategic backing. StablR's EURR is backed 100% by fiat euro at European financial institutions under a Malta MFSA EMI license with MiCA compliance and Grant Thornton attestations — the same regulatory infrastructure as its dollar sibling USDR, with Tether's strategic investment providing both capital and the awkward question of whether a Tether-backed entity can win institutional trust in a market built on regulatory purity. Ethereum-only deployment with institutional-regulated {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}} gives EURR clean infrastructure, but the euro stablecoin market remains a fraction of the dollar market, and competition from Circle's EURC, SocGen's EURCV, and Banking Circle's EURI means EURR must differentiate on something beyond compliance alone.
