## Overview

EURW gives verified holders, including secondary-market buyers, a right to redeem at one euro through an own-name SEPA account without an issuer redemption fee. Newrails' Lithuanian electronic-money authorization and exact-token whitepaper establish the issuer and safeguarding framework, but they do not establish the current reserve portfolio. The published cash and money-market investment limits are policy bounds, and no dated token reserve reconciliation or named reserve banks were retrieved despite the product's monthly-attestation claim. The Monad contract separates minters and allowance approvers while retaining immediate upgrade and blacklist powers; the complete current role roster remains undisclosed. Holders remain dependent on issuer verification and SEPA settlement, with no numerical settlement guarantee or measured redemption-capacity bound in the reviewed terms.

## Collateral

Euro-denominated cash and permitted liquid government money-market funds or similar investments in segregated safeguarding arrangements; the whitepaper sets a minimum 30% cash policy, not an observed portfolio allocation.

## Peg Mechanism

All holders, including secondary-market holders, may redeem EURW for EUR 1 after identity, wallet and own-name SEPA-bank-account verification. The issuer charges no redemption fee and burns tokens before SEPA payment. Numerical minimum, capacity and settlement SLA are not disclosed; third-party bank and network charges may apply.
