# Euro eXchange Token (EURXT)

**Peg:** Euro

**Backing:** Real-World Asset Backed

**Governance:** Centralized (CeFi)

**Status:** pre-launch

## Overview

EURXT is the euro e-money token Crédit Agricole S.A. launched on July 1 2026, issued on Ethereum by CACEIS Bank S.A. under a MiCA white paper. Only professional clients of CACEIS Bank can buy it from the issuer, with a 10,000 EURXT minimum, yet any Ethereum address that is not blacklisted can hold and transfer it. On November 1 2026, however, one wallet held the entire supply, which has stood at 54,366,000 EURXT since September 25 2026. Crédit Agricole describes the reserve as cash on CACEIS Bank's balance sheet, but the white paper allows up to 70% in highly liquid financial instruments. No independent reserve attestation had been located by November 1 2026, and stable-xt.io computes its reserve figure from the token's on-chain supply. A single-key wallet can blacklist a holder and seize its balance, a second can pause all transfers, and a third can replace the contract logic, whose deployed source is unverified. Pharos lists EURXT pre-launch because no admitted source prices it. Under the white paper, holders are unsecured creditors of CACEIS Bank, with par redemption and no issuer fee from 9:00 to 17:00 on French bank business days, after KYC if they are not its clients.

## Collateral

Euro funds received for issuance, held by CACEIS Bank S.A. in a separate internal account on its balance sheet and at least equal to EURXT outstanding. Crédit Agricole's launch release says the reserves are exclusively cash, and stable-xt.io says the cash sits in CACEIS's account at the central bank, while the white paper allows up to 70% in highly liquid financial instruments. The white paper treats holders as unsecured creditors of CACEIS Bank. No independent reserve attestation was found on November 1 2026, and the reserve figure on stable-xt.io is computed in the page from the token's on-chain total supply.

## Peg Mechanism

MiCA e-money token issued on Ethereum by CACEIS Bank S.A., a French credit institution, under a white paper notified to the ACPR. CACEIS Bank sells EURXT to professional clients against euro deposits (10,000 EURXT minimum), minting through the Taurus platform, and burns tokens returned to its redemption address. Holders may redeem at par with no issuer fee from 9:00 to 17:00 on French bank business days, and holders who are not CACEIS Bank clients must pass KYC first. Any Ethereum address that is not blacklisted can hold and transfer EURXT.

## Live Data

This stablecoin has launched, but Pharos has not yet admitted a price and supply source. Missing lane: price. CoinGecko's euro-exchange-token is a preview listing with null price and market cap and no tickers, DefiLlama does not list EURXT, and coins.llama.fi has no contract quote. Supply is observable on-chain. Live API data is unavailable, not zero, until both can be verified.
