## Overview

FILQ-A represents an accumulating share in Fidelity International’s Cayman-domiciled USD Digital Liquidity Fund SP. The portfolio may hold non-government money-market credit, securitisations, asset-backed commercial paper and derivatives, so its short-duration fund classification should not be read as Treasury-only backing. Although issued on Ethereum, the prospectus rejects token transfers for on-chain investors and makes redemption through the transfer agent or Token Distributor the recognized exit. Daily NAV and named JPMorgan custody and accounting services establish the operating structure, but current portfolio weights and an independently signed token-to-fund reconciliation were not retrieved. Off-hours liquidity is conditional, and stress gates or redemption suspension can constrain that sole exit.

## Collateral

Participating shares in Fidelity International Strategies Funds SPC's USD Digital Liquidity Fund SP. The July 31, 2026 factsheet reports commercial paper 49.2%, certificates of deposit 25.1%, time deposits 17.6% and cash 8.0% of total net assets (rounded). Securitisations, asset-backed commercial paper, other money-market instruments and derivatives are permitted; J.P. Morgan SE Dublin Branch is depositary/custodian.

## Peg Mechanism

Accumulating USD money-market share priced at daily NAV; normal valuation is at 21:00 UK time, with two valuation points only during a declared stressed market environment. On-chain investors exit by redemption through the transfer agent or Token Distributor: transfers of tokens are not accepted or recognized in the register. Usual market hours are 01:00 to 21:00 London on eligible weekdays; off-hours facilities depend on liquidity, and gates or suspension may apply.
