## Overview

FIUSD represents a Fidelity Institutional Liquidity Fund USD Class G Acc unit held through Sygnum, rather than a dollar payment token or bank deposit. Its accumulating NAV reflects a short-term money-market portfolio that can include non-government instruments, deposits and repos. Sygnum describes fiduciary unit custody and delivery rights, but current definitive client terms and an independently signed token-to-unit reconciliation were not retrieved. CoinGecko's reported units exceed the combined native zkSync and Arbitrum stock, so Pharos must value the complete on-chain roster rather than use that provider market cap. Redemption requires an onboarded bank-client account and permissioned custody, with current same-notional capacity and binding settlement terms unresolved.

Fidelity Institutional Liquidity Fund PLC, United States Dollar Fund Class G Acc units held by Sygnum in a fiduciary arrangement. The underlying Irish short-term money-market fund can hold government and non-government money-market instruments, deposits, repos, ABCP and other money-market funds; it is not exclusively Treasury-backed.

## Peg Mechanism

One FIUSD represents one subscribed fund unit at accumulating USD NAV. Sygnum issues after subscription and burns when units are sold or redeemed. Onboarded professional investors use Sygnum-custodied whitelisted wallets; redemption requests trigger burn, a JPMorgan fund sell order and proceeds credited to the bank-client account. Current binding token-level deadlines and same-notional capacity are not publicly established.
