## Overview

FRNT is a dollar token issued by the Wyoming Stable Token Commission against a holder-benefit reserve trust, with ordinary redemption handled by approved service providers. The claim is limited to trust assets and carries neither the state’s general guarantee nor federal deposit insurance. Commission materials identify Treasury bills, cash and repurchase agreements, but the LedgerLens dashboard separates its non-assured metrics from independently issued examination reports that were not retrieved in this review. Eight native deployment liabilities share that reserve book, while current cross-chain transfers add Chainlink CCIP dependencies whose complete pool governance and limits remain unresolved.

## Peg Mechanism

The Wyoming Stable Token Commission issues and redeems FRNT at USD par through KYB-approved Licensed Service Providers. Reserve rules require ordinary redemption within two business days subject to specified exceptions; direct token-holder fallback is conditional. FRNT is a special obligation limited to trust assets, not Wyoming's general obligation or federally insured money. Native deployment liabilities share the reserve book; current cross-chain transfers use Chainlink CCIP.
