## Overview

GLDON gives eligible investors economic exposure to SPDR Gold Shares through an Ondo debt-security tracker, without a right to receive ETF shares or physical gold. Its value follows the underlying gold fund rather than a fixed dollar peg. The legal structure names custodians and a security agent, but current GLDON-specific share, cash and other-collateral weights are not disclosed by the aggregate platform attestation. Redemption normally produces USDon, with USDC conversion dependent on the stablecoin swapper’s liquidity. Native issuance spans Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana, while HyperEVM adds a bridge representation. Holders therefore depend on both the issuer’s secured-claim machinery and the available stablecoin exit rail when they want to realise the ETF exposure.
