## Overview

JLTXX represents Token Class shares in JPMorgan's registered government money-market fund, not a bank deposit or a guaranteed dollar payment claim. Its mandate combines short Treasury securities, overnight Treasury-collateralized repos and cash; the issuer publishes transaction NAV and class assets, while legal ownership remains on an off-chain Investor Register. Institutional shareholders can request cash redemption, ordinarily within seven days, but statutory suspensions and forced account closure remain possible. Token minting, upgrades and account-level transfer or redemption restrictions remain centrally controlled, and current independent whole-book assurance, subcustody coverage and insolvency terms are not established by the reviewed packet.

## Collateral

Fund shares backed by U.S. Treasury securities, overnight repurchase agreements fully collateralized by U.S. Treasury securities and/or cash, and operational cash; JPMorgan Chase Bank is securities custodian and fund accountant.

## Peg Mechanism

The registered government money-market fund seeks a $1 NAV, publishes transaction NAV, and reinvests dividends daily. Eligible registered shareholders redeem cash through Morgan Money, the service center or approved token-burn requests. The off-chain Investor Register determines legal ownership; on-chain balances can temporarily differ.
