## Collateral

Tokenized exposure to Fasanara's Global Fund (same strategy as the Global Diversified Alternative Debt Fund): an asset-backed lending portfolio investing primarily in short-dated trade receivables and digital invoices purchased from SMEs, held via Midas tokenized-certificate rails.
