## Overview

Fiat-backed USD stablecoin with pristine T-bill plus cash reserves and Wolf and Company attestations, dragged down to a C+ by Antigua licensing, institutional-unregulated custody, and near-zero on-chain liquidity. MNEE wraps 85% short-dated {{term:treasury}}Treasuries{{/term}} and 15% cash into a clean reserve profile attested by Wolf and Company — the kind of composition that earns an A+ dependency score and a peg score of 97. The C+ safety grade is a product of infrastructure, not reserves: Antigua FSRC licensing, institutional-unregulated {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}}, and a single Ethereum deployment with effectively no usable DEX depth leave holders dependent on issuer-API {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}} as the only credible exit. A handful of depeg events, including one plunge past 600 basis points, expose what happens when a nine-figure stablecoin has no on-chain arbitrage infrastructure to defend parity. MNEE proved a fiat-backed coin can have pristine reserves and still score like a mid-tier product when the plumbing around it is this thin.
