## Overview

crvUSD-style crypto-collateral CDP stablecoin on Arbitrum and Optimism, with market-specific risk parameters and limited public collateral transparency. MONEY is defi.money's crypto-backed loan stablecoin on Arbitrum and Optimism, closer to a crvUSD-style {{term:cdp}}CDP{{/term}} system than to a fixed USDC reserve wrapper. Users deposit approved collateral such as WBTC or ETH, then borrow MONEY against market-specific risk parameters and conversion ranges, with {{term:liquidation}}liquidations{{/term}} triggered when those bands are breached. Pharos now treats the reserve description as protocol-approved crypto loan collateral instead of a static USDC-plus-strategy split, while keeping the entry conservative because live collateral composition is still not as transparent as larger CDP systems.
