## Overview

Nest Credit vault share built around WisdomTree Connect tokenized fund exposure (xCRDYX) plus an nTBILL liquidity buffer; NAV-accreting tokenized fund share, not a par stablecoin. nWISDOM is Nest Credit's vault built around WisdomTree's tokenised fund shares (xCRDYX and related WisdomTree Connect products) with a small nTBILL and stablecoin liquidity buffer, classified as {{term:rwa}}RWA{{/term}}-adjacent vault exposure. Yield accretes through the underlying WisdomTree fund NAV; primary mint/{{term:redemption}}redeem{{/term}} runs through Nest at vault NAV. Pharos tracks it on the same live reserves pattern as inALPHA, with the understanding that the token is a vault share rather than a par stablecoin.

## Collateral

Predominantly WisdomTree Private Credit and Alternative Income Digital Fund tokenised shares (xCRDYX), which hold publicly-traded alternative credit vehicles (BDCs, closed-end credit funds and mortgage REITs) tracking the Gapstow index, plus a small Nest Treasury Vault (nTBILL) position and a stablecoin (pUSD / USDC) liquidity buffer for redemptions
