## Overview

ONED is Gennius's dollar-referenced token, backed by USDC held in Coinbase custody and issued natively on Base. Eligible Coinbase accounts can deposit externally held ONED and convert it one-for-one with USDC, subject to geographic and account restrictions. Coinbase publishes itemized reserve wallets and supply, and pinned on-chain balances corroborate that snapshot. Those wallet balances do not establish beneficial reserve title, legal segregation or the absence of off-chain claims. Role-gated minting and mutable token upgrades remain local control risks beyond Circle's USDC reserve structure. The holder exit depends on Coinbase eligibility and operations, with no guaranteed settlement time or measured secondary-market backup in the reviewed evidence.

USDC held in Coinbase custody, with itemized Base reserve wallets published by Coinbase; token-specific legal segregation and insolvency priority are unverified.

## Peg Mechanism

Eligible Coinbase accounts can deposit native ONED from external wallets and convert ONED 1:1 with USDC. New York, Canada and the European Economic Area are excluded on Coinbase. Copies, wrapped and bridged ONED are not redeemable under native holder terms.
