The B safety grade and a stress signal that rarely leaves the calm end of the scale reflect the structural strength you'd expect from this reserve, but the dozens of brief depeg events on record — including a 636 bps upward spike during early price discovery — are a reminder that even well-collateralized tokens need time to build secondary market depth. DEX liquidity remains heavily concentrated in a handful of pools, which is consistent with RLUSD's design as a payments corridor token rather than a DeFi primitive, and shows up in a middling liquidity grade.
