## Overview

A KYB-gated UAE wrapper aggregating 100+ tokenized T-bills, gold, and market-neutral funds — with a Lloyd's de-pegging insurance policy that's a genuinely novel backstop.

Multipli's rwaUSDi wraps 100+ tokenized treasury products, gold tokens, and market-neutral fund units into a single mintable stablecoin — 50% in tokenized {{term:treasury}}T-bills{{/term}} (BUIDL, USDY, OUSG), 25% in aggregated treasury-backed stablecoins, 15% in tokenized gold, and 10% in institutional fund units from Nomura, Fasanara, and Edge Capital. The pitch is that lending protocols can't individually underwrite hundreds of {{term:rwa}}RWA{{/term}} tokens, so rwaUSDi does the aggregation and due diligence — backed by a Lloyd's insurance policy covering de-pegging risk, which is a genuinely novel backstop for a stablecoin. UAE-domiciled with AFI-audited on-chain reserves, it operates on Ethereum only with KYB-gated institutional minting, making it less a retail product and more a composable RWA building block. The elegant abstraction adds a trust layer between holder and underlying assets, but with 99 peg score and only two depeg events on record, the machinery has functioned as designed.
