sBOLD is K3 Capital's ERC-4626 wrapper around BOLD deposited into Liquity V2 Stability Pools. It earns interest and {{term:liquidation}}liquidation{{/term}} gains while automating the conversion of liquidated ETH and LST collateral back into BOLD. The base BOLD system is immutable and fully on-chain with {{term:cdp}}CDP{{/term}}-based issuance, but sBOLD adds K3-controlled vault, oracle, solver, and fee-switch risk, so it belongs as a separate wrapper exposure.
