## Overview

Sentora pathUSD is a Tempo vault share over pathUSD, with an observed portfolio held mostly as idle tokens alongside cbBTC-backed Morpho lending. Its share exchange rate is materially above one pathUSD, so a fixed dollar quote would misstate the holder instrument. Ordinary redemption returns the underlying token at the current exchange rate when vault and market liquidity permit. The owner and curator each use a one-signature Safe, with adapter and cap increases delayed by three days. On-chain accounting identifies the immediate assets but does not establish legal insolvency priority or remove the parent token’s reserve and freeze exposure.

## Collateral

pathUSD held idle in an immutable Morpho Vault V2 and supplied by a MorphoMarketV1AdapterV2 to a cbBTC-collateralized lending market. Allocations can change under curator controls.

## Peg Mechanism

ERC-4626 shares convert to pathUSD at the live assets-per-share rate. Interest increases and recognized losses reduce share value; withdrawals use idle assets and configured adapter liquidity rather than a fixed dollar promise.
