## Overview

Sentora mWIN Main lends PYUSD against mWIN collateral through a single Morpho lending market. Shareholders earn lending interest net of vault fees and absorb losses through a changing assets-per-share rate. The observed portfolio has little idle PYUSD, making available lending-market liquidity a central constraint on withdrawals. Its owner and curator each use a one-signature Safe, while adapter and cap increases have a three-day timelock. PYUSD reserve and freeze risks remain upstream, and exact-vault financial assurance and enforceable default priority were not established.

## Collateral

PYUSD held idle in an immutable Morpho Vault V2 and supplied by a MorphoMarketV1AdapterV2 to a mWIN-collateralized lending market. Allocations can change under curator controls.

## Peg Mechanism

ERC-4626 shares convert to PYUSD at the live assets-per-share rate. Interest, fees and recognized losses change share value. liquidityAdapter() is zero at pinned block 26107706; ordinary cash redemptions use idle assets unless assets are first deallocated. Shared market liquidity does not promise full-size cash redemption.
