## Overview

Sentora Huma PST Main puts PYUSD into a Morpho vault whose lending exposure is backed by Huma PST collateral. Interest accrues through the share exchange rate, while credit losses can reduce the PYUSD recovered per share. The exact deployment holds idle PYUSD alongside a single lending-market position, so a quoted accounting value does not establish immediately available withdrawals for every holder. The owner and curator each use a one-signature Safe, with new adapters and cap increases subject to the observed three-day timelock. Parent PYUSD reserve and freeze exposure remains inherited, and the vault review does not establish enforceable insolvency priority or a funded default backstop.

## Collateral

PYUSD held idle in an immutable Morpho Vault V2 and supplied by a MorphoMarketV1AdapterV2 to a Huma PST-collateralized lending market. Allocations can change under curator controls.

## Peg Mechanism

ERC-4626 shares convert to PYUSD at the live assets-per-share rate. Interest, fees and recognized losses change share value. liquidityAdapter() is zero at pinned block 26107706; ordinary cash redemptions use idle assets unless assets are first deallocated. Shared market liquidity does not promise full-size cash redemption.
