## Overview

A staking wrapper over frxUSD that concentrates Frax's custodian and reserve assumptions into a rising-exchange-rate vault share.

sfrxUSD is the savings wrapper over frxUSD. Holders are effectively taking the Frax USD reserve stack and opting into a rising exchange rate instead of the flat base token, so the key risk is not a new reserve book but the same Frax {{term:custody}}custodian{{/term}} and wrapper assumptions concentrated into a {{term:yield-bearing}}yield-bearing{{/term}} vault share over T-bill-style {{term:treasury}}Treasury{{/term}} collateral.

frxUSD deposited into Frax's savings vault; the wrapper remains fully backed by frxUSD while protocol income and custodian yield accrue through the vault exchange rate

## Peg Mechanism

Deposit frxUSD to mint sfrxUSD and redeem sfrxUSD for the current convertToAssets amount of frxUSD; the share price rises as Frax routes frxUSD yield to the staking vault
