## Overview

sky.money USDT Savings holds USDT in an immutable Morpho Vault V2 and supplies it to markets selected by Sky.money. Its share value follows lending interest and realized losses, while the underlying stablecoin retains its own reserve and control risks. The reviewed lender positions use sUSDS collateral, creating a Sky dependency in addition to the Tether settlement asset. Share-transfer and asset-withdrawal gates are permanently disabled, but curation and allocation remain controlled by the observed Safe. Ordinary withdrawal delivers the underlying token only when idle assets or lending-market liquidity are available; onchain accounting supplies no fiat redemption guarantee.

## Peg Mechanism

ERC-4626 shares represent a pro-rata USDT-denominated claim on idle tokens and Morpho lender positions. Interest accrual and realized losses change the exchange rate; redeem/withdraw delivers USDT when vault and market liquidity allow.
