## Overview

STBT distributes Treasury-portfolio income by increasing token balances while targeting one dollar per token. The issuer dashboard identifies short-term Treasury bills alongside USTB and BUIDL fund interests, but governing terms give holders an unsecured claim against Prometheus rather than ownership of those assets. Affiliates may borrow against or lend the underlying portfolio, and current broker and bank identities are undisclosed. Eligible investors can request issuer redemption, with limited same-day capacity and T+2 settlement for larger requests; liquidation losses and costs can reduce the payout. Native issuance, forced transfers and upgrades share a control contract whose current minimum delay is zero. No independently signed current STBT reserve reconciliation was retrieved, leaving issuer credit and operational control as durable constraints.
