## Overview

sUSD1+ is Lorenzo's staked receipt over the USD1+ strategy dollar, blending WLFI USD1 reserve yield with delta-neutral CEX strategies on BNB Chain. The wrapper is {{term:yield-bearing}}yield-bearing{{/term}}, with returns sourced from {{term:delta-neutral}}delta-neutral{{/term}} {{term:basis-trade}}basis trade{{/term}} positions and CEX strategy access driven by {{term:funding-rate}}funding rate{{/term}} dynamics. Public data supports metadata and supply tracking, but the reserve and {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}} mechanics are less transparent than the cleaner ERC-4626 wrappers, so the entry carries exotic collateral and CEX-strategy {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}} risk. Lorenzo publishes no weights for the USD1, USDT, and USDC inputs or the RWA, CeFi, and DeFi sleeves, and no exchange margin or liquidation data. Economic control is the weakest of the three pillars: a 2-of-3 Safe holds the vault manager's admin and operator roles and can replace the upgradeable logic without delay. The N/A overall grade is also capped at the parent USD1 score, so the wrapper cannot rate above the dollar it settles into. Withdrawals follow a seven-day minimum hold and a biweekly settlement cycle.
