## Overview

sUSN is Noon's staking wrapper of USN — NAV appreciates from a {{term:rwa}}private-credit, CLO, DeFi-lending, and T-bill mix{{/term}} layered with {{term:delta-neutral}}delta-neutral{{/term}} CEX strategies, but final {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}} still inherits Noon whitelisting and USN reserve constraints. sUSN is the staked savings form of Noon USN. The token is useful to track separately because its NAV appreciates and its supply can diverge from liquid USN, while final redemption still inherits Noon whitelisting and USN reserve constraints.
