## Overview

Sentora x Spark RLUSD holds mostly idle RLUSD with a smaller WBTC-backed Morpho lending position. Share interest and recognized losses change the amount of RLUSD recoverable per share, and ordinary withdrawals depend on available underlying liquidity. The exact vault has immutable share accounting and permanently disabled share-transfer gates, while parent RLUSD freeze exposure remains inherited. A 2-of-2 curator uses two nested Safe branches, and the owner is a wards-authorized SubProxy whose ultimate authorization census remains unresolved. Code-enforced redemption and current accounting do not establish a funded default backstop or enforceable holder insolvency priority.

## Collateral

RLUSD held idle in an immutable Morpho Vault V2 and supplied by a MorphoMarketV1AdapterV2 to a WBTC-collateralized lending market. Allocations can change under curator controls.

## Peg Mechanism

ERC-4626 shares convert to RLUSD at the live assets-per-share rate. Interest increases and recognized losses reduce share value; withdrawals use idle assets and configured adapter liquidity rather than a fixed dollar promise.
