## Overview

UKTBL is Spiko's GBP-denominated UK Treasury-bill money-market fund share, not a dollar product and not a retail payment stablecoin. The backing is dull by crypto standards: short-dated UK T-bills with a settlement cash buffer, run as an AMF-authorised UCITS short-term VNAV money-market fund with PwC as statutory auditor, though the audit reports are available on written request rather than published. The tradeoff is access, because subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions are KYC-gated through Spiko fund rails at NAV rather than settled by permissionless on-chain arbitrage, which is why exit is the weakest of the three pillars behind the N/A overall grade. Pharos treats the collateral as low-risk tokenized {{term:rwa}}RWA{{/term}} exposure while keeping centralized issuer controls, blacklistability, and the single-key minter accounts on Starknet and Stellar visible. The reserves are boring in the best possible way; the operating model is fund administration with a token attached.
