That dossier names State Street as custodian and administrator, but the precise underlying strategy, current holdings and native private placement memorandum are not public. Fresh NAV and on-chain shares support runtime valuation without relying on CoinGecko’s stale June market cap; they do not establish an independent financial reconciliation.
