# Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund (USCC)

**Peg:** US Dollar

**Backing:** Crypto-Collateralized

**Governance:** Centralized (CeFi)

**Status:** active

## Overview

USCC gives eligible holders a share of Bitwise's crypto carry fund through Superstate's tokenization infrastructure. Its returns come from crypto basis trades and staking alongside Treasury exposure, with changes in portfolio marks reflected in the share's NAV. Superstate publishes signed holdings and names Anchorage Digital and EY, but the retrieved public record supplies no current signed hedge reconciliation, margin buffer or first-loss allocation. The public token stock spans Ethereum, Plume and Solana and excludes shares held only in book-entry form. Holders depend on issuer-controlled allowlists and native mint keys, while ordinary USD or USDC redemption follows market-day T+1 or T+2 settlement.

## Collateral

Managed crypto cash-and-carry portfolio including BTC, ETH, SOL staking and XRP spot exposure, CME/Coinbase derivatives, USD collateral and USTB fund shares. Published holdings include signed derivative marks and negative USDC balances, not a Treasury-only reserve basket.

## Peg Mechanism

NAV-accreting fund share, not a $1 peg. NAV is assets less liabilities divided by shares, marked each business day using crypto and futures closes, staking conversion rates and dealer OTC marks. Qualified Purchasers with allowlisted wallets redeem through Superstate for USD or USDC; requests before 5pm ET settle T+1 and later requests T+2.
