## Overview

USDSM gives holders a dollar redemption claim against Stable mint Ltd, with direct issuance reserved for onboarded legal-person participants. Its published terms also let natural-person holders complete onboarding for redemption, without an issuer fee or minimum, although bank charges and processing delays can apply. The exact issuer and USD whitepaper appear in ESMA’s electronic-money-token register, but the advertised reserve surplus lacks a retrieved dated financial reconciliation. Native Etherlink issuance and LayerZero-connected representations add issuer-key and messaging dependencies that the redemption claim does not remove.
