## Overview

Solomon’s replacement USDv uses a new Solana mint and the Chancery program, with no automatic conversion from the original Ceffu-backed token. Its observed program reserves hold USDC and USDG, so holders depend on those stablecoin issuers as well as Solomon’s settlement controls. The reserve-account review identifies the assets in that selected scope; it does not establish a complete financial reconciliation or legal segregation for token holders. Direct minting and redemption require approved-counterparty onboarding, while ordinary holders rely on secondary-market liquidity. Privileged roles can change operating controls and freeze token accounts, and a separate delayed upgrade authority can replace program logic. Rewards require eligible participation and are separate from the token’s dollar peg. The central constraint is the gap between transferable on-chain balances and permissioned access to the underlying reserves.

## Collateral

The replacement Chancery program holds USDC and USDG reserve assets. The issuer describes additional direct short-dated U.S. Treasury exposure as prospective; this profile does not treat legacy Ceffu strategy assets as backing for the new mint.

## Peg Mechanism

Approved counterparties mint USDv against accepted reserve assets and redeem by burning USDv for an approved payout asset, subject to onboarding, liquidity, limits and processing windows. Other holders exit through on-chain markets. Rewards are distributed separately to eligible balances and do not make USDv an appreciating NAV token.
