## Overview

Solomon's USDv is a Solana stablecoin backed by Ceffu-custodied {{term:delta-neutral}}delta-neutral{{/term}} margin, with aggregate disclosure but no live composition feed and no documented holder redemption path. Solomon USDv is a Solana stablecoin backed by Ceffu-custodied strategy assets and off-exchange {{term:delta-neutral}}delta-neutral{{/term}} margin via {{term:basis-trade}}basis trade{{/term}} positions. The public supply is easy to validate on-chain, but the reserve disclosure is aggregate and does not expose a live composition API. That keeps the Pharos entry conservative: useful for tracking a visible Solana dollar, but not a high-confidence reserve model. Without a documented holder {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}} route and with all collateral sitting in Ceffu {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}}, the backstop remains intentionally unmodeled.
