## Overview

tx announced USTX on September 23, 2026 as a native settlement asset for tokenized stocks, ETFs and other real-world assets. Brale is the announced issuer, with full 1:1 backing and an October 2026 launch window. Exact deployments, reserve allocation and holder redemption terms have not been established. Brale supports administrative token restrictions generally, but the controls enabled for USTX remain unverified. The record stays pre-launch until the native asset and an identity-bound price and circulating-supply path can be verified.

## Collateral

Pre-launch: tx promises full 1:1 backing for USTX issued by Brale. Brale's program-level policy specifies segregated reserves held separately from corporate assets, daily reconciliation and monthly independent CPA attestations, with reserves in US Treasury bills of at most 90 days, government money market funds and bank deposits. These issuer commitments do not establish USTX-specific allocations, custodians or a retrieved independent reserve report.

Planned native USD settlement asset on tx, issued by Brale. Exact USTX mint and redemption eligibility, fees, minimums, timing and capacity are unpublished. Brale general terms restrict purchases and redemptions to qualifying accounts and permit suspension.
