## Overview

Circle USYC is the current branding for Hashnote USYC, a tokenized T-bill and reverse-repo fund share issued through Circle/Hashnote structures with Bermuda and Cayman fund context. The Solana SPL22 deployment expands the asset beyond the prior Ethereum/BNB metadata.

## Collateral

Short-term U.S. Treasury bills and reverse repo agreements held for Circle USYC / Hashnote fund shares in segregated brokerage and custody accounts.
