## Overview

XSY's UTY is an AVAX-hedged {{term:delta-neutral}}delta-neutral{{/term}} synthetic dollar custodied at Ceffu and Copper with a 7-day unbonding, and it reads less like an operating product than a locked vault on a quiet mountain. Supply has the look of something in stasis rather than active use, and the F safety grade reflects that: an F on liquidity and an F on resilience drag the composite down regardless of how tidily the peg itself behaves. The {{term:delta-neutral}}delta-neutral{{/term}} AVAX {{term:basis-trade}}basis trade{{/term}} (35% long spot, 35% short perps, 30% USDC) is custodied at Ceffu and Copper {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}} with Accountable attestations, but the 7-day unbonding period and thin, fallback-class DEX coverage make exit an exercise in patience. On the actual peg, UTY barely registers stress — it sits at the calm end of the stress scale, and its dozens of recorded deviations are brief blips that never crested 300 basis points, which is unusually contained for an F-rated coin. The peg mechanism evidently works when anyone bothers to test it; the problem is that almost nobody does.
