The token is NAV-accreting (price drifts upward with T-bill yield) and {{term:yield-bearing}}yield-bearing{{/term}} rather than rebasing; subscription minimums of $100k/$1M apply by chain and {{term:redemption}}redemption{{/term}} settles through Securitize Markets against USDC, AUSD, or USD wire. Backed by {{term:rwa}}RWA{{/term}} collateral with institutional {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}} and {{term:attestation}}attestation{{/term}} cadence appropriate for a regulated {{term:money-market-fund}}money-market fund{{/term}}-adjacent structure.
