## Overview

VNX's VCHF is a 100% CHF-backed stablecoin operating under Liechtenstein's TVTG Blockchain Act with Areva audits and FMA oversight — among the most regulated non-USD stablecoins on Pharos, and one of the few to hold a solid B safety grade despite a tiny float. At roughly 3.4 million CHF in circulation spread across a dozen chains in the contract data, VCHF is structurally overbuilt for its current demand, carrying more {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}} infrastructure and {{term:attestation}}attestation{{/term}} reporting than its thin DEX liquidity can justify. The token rarely strays from the calm end of Pharos's stress scale, which is exactly what you would expect from cash-backed CHF that almost nobody is trading. Its sub-percent Morpho lending yield reflects both the Swiss franc's low-rate environment and the reality that CHF-denominated DeFi demand is a rounding error in global stablecoin markets.
