## Overview

VNDC is Jade Labs's Vietnamese dong stablecoin redeemable 1:1 via ONUS and VNDC Hub, with self-reported reserves and no independent attestation cadence. VNDC is a Vietnamese dong-pegged stablecoin issued by Jade Labs (the company behind ONUS Finance), the only credible on-chain VND instrument with material market presence. The issuer self-reports 1:1 fiat backing with VND {{term:custody}}custody{{/term}} at Vietnamese banking partners and operates mint/redemption flows through those partners and the ONUS app, but no independent {{term:attestation}}attestation{{/term}} cadence is published and aggregator-reported market cap has historically diverged from observable on-chain Polygon and BSC supply. Pharos lists VNDC across Polygon and BNB Smart Chain at zero decimals (the contracts mint whole-unit VNDC); the issuer's third ONUS-chain deployment is not in scope until that chain is tracked. The detail page carries an explicit attestation warning so users do not infer the reported $50M aggregate as fully verifiable.
