## Overview

GoldZip Gold represents one gram of fine gold and offers AML-gated physical redemption in lots of at least 1,000 tokens. That smaller unit makes the gold claim divisible on Ethereum, while physical delivery remains a separate operational process. The issuer describes HKGX-recognised depositories but has not published a current named-custodian inventory or an independent reserve-to-token reconciliation on its transparency page. Its contract also exposes privileged freezing and forced burning, so holding a gold reference does not remove issuer control. The durable constraint is the gap between the stated physical claim and the evidence available to verify custody, delivery charges and recovery if the operator fails.

## Peg Mechanism

GoldZip accepts eligible minimum 1kg gold bars for Ethereum issuance after verification. Physical delivery requires at least 1,000 XGZ and AML compliance, with Singapore and Hong Kong delivery described. Delivery charges and settlement timing are undisclosed.
