## Overview

ZAR Supercoin holds rand cash at Absa and transfers on Solana under Super Money SA's issuer controls. Moore's August reserve procedures obtained bank support and reconciled supply, while the circulation exclusion and matching treasury reserve allocation remain management designations. The engagement provides no assurance opinion and does not establish holder bankruptcy priority. Exchange sale and off-ramp routes are live, but the direct app redemption promise applies only after the wallet launches. A retained freeze authority and permanent delegate give the issuer direct holder controls, so neither exchange availability nor Fireblocks infrastructure removes the dependence on issuer operations.
